Para crearlo me inspiré en la estrecha relación que tengo con mi hermana, y también por la separación que se produce cada día que pasa, en la que nos alejamos una de la otra por el estilo de vida que llevamos.

This brooch is designed to be integrated in the colour of any piece of clothes, so that every time you wear it, it looks like a different one.

Broche de plata, nylon, fieltro y acero. Esta bola de hilo surgió de lo nerviosa que me llegué a poner cuando estaba enrollando unos metros de hilo de plata en un tubo de cartón. Una vez que se me hizo el enredo la solución era o fundirlo o cortarlo en trocitos pequeños e ir aprovechando o tirarlo o reutilizarlo de otra manera, y opté por ésta última porque así cada vez que lo veo me acuerdo de aquel día.

Felt, nylon, steel and sterling silver brooch.

I made this ball of thread because I felt too nervous when I was rolling up some metres of sterling silver thread. I thought there were different solutions: fusing it, cutting it into small pieces, throwing it or using it in a different way. Now, every time I see this brooch I remember that day.

Esclava de plata. El diseño lo hice a partir de trozos de papel agujereados que los fui encajando como si de un puzzle se tratase.

Silver bracelet.

I used papers with holes to make the composition, as a jigsaw.

Anillo de plata con una iolita. Sin embargo, no siempre ha tenido este aspecto ya que ésta es la tercera transformación que sufre. Por eso he decidido que la piedra diese vueltas sobre si misma.

He aprovechado que la iolita fuese transparente para colocarla en vertical, si la miramos a contraluz se ven sus incisiones y también puedes verte reflejado en ella.

This ring has not always had this aspect, as it had suffered three different transformation. I finally decided to make the iolita spin, and I put it in upright position because it is a transparent gem, and if we llok at it against the light, we can notice its incisions and even see our own reflection.
